      Pros

      The only pro I can come up with is that they were willing to work with my schedule, but it seems they were desperate to have anyone there so I don't think they had a choice.

      Cons

      No benefits at all. You can't make bonuses unless you have been there for a long time because the bonus goals are to hard to hit. You sit in a chair and people yell at you all day.

      Pros

      Great people! Management is very attuned to listening to advice of employees. They are very flexible with scheduling and understanding. Small company so you get close to everyone.

      Cons

      Smaller company so not able to offer insurance
