      Team effort. Rated #1 by tripadvisors' users for a family resort in US. Was operated like a business that wanted to take care of its employees, guests and owners.

      Cons

      Business was not in the best location. External forces beyond the control of the operator impacted the business. Lots of constraints in how the business was run.
