Lack of focus and structure in some areas, but they are actively addressing these issues.

Great team that is friendly and always willing to help. Management sincerely cares about you as a person.

Development was stagnated after about 5 months. Weekly trainings stopped when they shouldn't have and when asking for more training in specific areas to develop, was told yes, but rarely happened.
