Pay day is every other week and incentive bonuses are quarterly. They also invent you on your customer service scores as a branch of you meet over 85%, everyone gets an additional $150 for that quarter.
Cons
Systems are archaic and there are way too many to learn and use. Training is not anywhere near the best so if you cannot learn on your own and figure things out you will struggle big time, sometimes you’re just thrown into situations to sink or swim because retail locations only have a staff of 4 to 5 employees which is extremely frustrating and high stress especially during vacations and lunch times. High deductible medical plan, not enough support.
