Working in AMA-20 - Contractor KeyBridge Technologies Employee Review

AMA-20 is a scary place to work. The FAA management here seems to pick who they will terrorize into leaving. Since I've been here they have never hired a Caucasian FAA manager. They seem to be constantly pushing out at least one FAA employee, sometimes two at a time. We have cubicles with walls that are open at the top so it's easy to overhear conversations. The targeting of employees to 'push out' seems to be run by the division manager with lower managers doing the dirty work. I thought about applying for a position here, but a contract position seems much safer.
