Incompetent engineers and managers - PCB Designer KeyW Employee Review

I'm use to working in a professional environment. This is far from one. Incompetent engineers that can't design, managers that lie. Multiple designs because they can't do it right the first time. No understanding of PCB layout and stackups for their customers. Wastes lots of money on designs by not doing their due diligence in engineering. Some engineers will not take any advise from others with more experience. Poor mechanical engineering. They don't understand basic drafting and dimensional standards. No teamwork. Some hold onto their work and don let others comment or assist even when they get stuck with later corrections that were anticipated. It's a "do as your told" not thinking environment. No one is willing to learn from others experience. Overall a very close minded and sometimes hostile environment.
