Internal promotion policy means that if you prove yourself capable/suitable for promotion you have great opportunities. Targets are clear and rewards are high. New starter handling and retention has become a clear focus for the company over the past 5 years and expectations of new starters are relative to that persons ability.
Cons
This company only recruits the most motivated professionals. Expectation in terms of how you represent Keyence and work ethic are high. It is a sales role after all so you do tend to get out what you put in.
