Current management in Australia has made some very poor, shortsighted decisions, based on the directives to save money. Making a whole lot of staff leave. Staff morale is quite low and there's been a huge decline in staff morale.
The senior management in Australia don't seem to know what they are doing and can't cope with hyper growth. This is alienating and dispiriting to everyone who have worked there for over a year.
There is a high staff turnover and a huge amount of back-and-forth when the work is not done properly. It ends up taking more time, because nothing is ever done right the first (or second) time. Education standards have dropped massively and is more like a call centre sales type roles.
