Pros
Great people, innovative department, and plenty of opportunities to pursue professional development. I have worked with our SVP for many years (probably 10 years at this point) and she leads with heart and honesty. This is a great department to be a part of. Not many people leave, and if they leave, they usually want to come back, Many of us have been working here for 5+ years and have been promoted. She stays ahead of the curve by having the foresight to invest in innovation and special projects that keep this department competitive. She welcomes (and encourages) feedback from everyone on the team, not just the leaders. There is a feeling of "team" here, people regularly reach out to help others with work and share cool ideas. There are no "duds" on the team. Great work-life balance. Fully remote
Cons
The salary is average. no bonuses, just a small standard of living increase each year
