Unfortunely, the previous reviews of a hidden toxic culture can be true. Looks good on the surface, many issues underneath. Lots of pretending to be busy and pandering to the leaders. It seems great at first, but the reality is it's not really a progressive or innovative environment and is instead riddled with beaurocratic issues.
Very far from people-first. Decisions around pomotions and progression are often political. Overall, an unhealthy hierarchy.
Lots of buzzwords. When it comes to actual changes, leaders rarely empower others and generally impose decisions through chain of command. These decisions are often surprisingly shortsighted and disconnected from the day-to-day reality.
