- Unrealistic enrolment target. If you're being placed in the "losing" team, be prepare to get grilled if the numbers are not in.
- No extra payment if need to stay back for online webinar or virtual orientation day after working hours.
- Not enough support if the numbers are not in. Less marketing budget in the "losing" team.
- Not enough manpower in a team. If got 3-4 advisors in a team, the probability to get numbers in is high. If got only 2 advisors, 1 advisor is on sick leave or on leave, left 1 advisor to cover all new leads, backlog leads and to answer enquiries from current student.
- Broadcasting talk time is not helping in getting the numbers in. It will only bring stress to the advisors.
- Stop "quite firing". If you want to terminate the staff, do according the procedure, be transparent.
