As a Billing Support Specialist at Keyple for the past 3 years, I've consistently found the work environment to be both challenging and rewarding. The company culture emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and work-life balance, and I've appreciated the opportunities for professional growth and development. For example, I had the chance to lead a billing automation initiative which allowed me to develop my skills through an IT lens and ultimately contribute significantly to the billing team's success. I appreciate the fact that management listened to our feedback and provided us with a seat at the table.
Cons
I believe the company could improve the automation of training programs to help expedite the onboarding process. While there are always areas for improvement, the overall experience has been pleasantly positive, and I would recommend Keyple as a great place to work.
