The people at keyrus are amazing. Very comfortable working enviroment and easy to comminicate between teams.

Collaboration between consultants and senior leadership dropped, layoffs became frequent (every 3-6 months), and key employees resigned often. The workforce plummeted from 140 to under 70. Now, they're restructuring the delivery team, a move that feels like sinking the ship by removing the rowers.
