Pros

Significant positive changes have occurred over recent years whilst Keystone continue to compete with market leaders both in terms of size and scale of projects and employee recognition. Considerable investment in staff, equipment and technology has allowed Keystone to continue to deliver challenging and complex projects utilising our in house Consultancy and Contracting divisions whilst maintaining the personable and cohesive working environment.

Cons

Current office premises have been outgrown. However the new combined head office and contracting location, which is under construction, will be a a significant company achievement and a future-proofed location from which to take the company forward.

Pros

Rewarding work with a team that is dedicated and well trained. Working culture is good with the right level of support provided by senior management. Autonomy for managers (within reason) is excellent and it allows Keystone to be agile in terms of winning projects and delivering them. It does not feel overly corporate which is increasingly rare in most workplaces - Junior staff and managers regularly interact with senior management and challenge and feedback are welcomed and supported. Clear roles and responsibilities - There is a dedicated admin team that supports on all of the processes required for the business to operate smoothly. This is underrated in many current businesses. There is a strong established team structure which ensures that individuals are able to meet the expectations of their role.

Cons

Sometimes capacity gets stretched due to the size of the team and the scale of the projects it is involved with. The site based team are presently based out of a separate premises which can result in reduced efficiency and some communication difficulties.
