      Delightful residents Generally good team on site

      Cons

      So many key principles talked about, but the ELT do not live up to them So many different competing systems and processes - not streamlined or easy to learn Staff not suitable for their roles do not get held accountable. If you are a bad fit expect to stay working here forever Processes take such a long time, no streamlining
