Pros

KForce is willing to sell their employees to they engagement they are contracted out to - I was able to get purchased by KPMG as a result.

Cons

My experience working through KForce as a contractor was very frustrating. There was no PTO offered, which meant taking time off for holidays or personal reasons required an immediate pay cut. This meant working through holidays or losing income. Communication was also a major issue. My assigned manager never responded to texts or phone calls, and I often had to work through the recruiter just to get basic questions answered. During my time there were no raises or bonuses offered. Additionally, weeks after my contract ended I was contacted about a timesheet discrepancy and told I owed $731 related to hours worked, which was unexpected and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend that candidates seek employment elsewhere if possible.

Pros

Strong team culture and supportive coworkers have been the biggest highlight throughout my 11 years. The people you work with genuinely make a difference day to day, and there is a real sense of collaboration and respect across teams. Work‑life balance is another major positive—there’s flexibility and understanding that helps make the workload manageable, which is especially valuable in today’s job market. The company also offers stability, and long‑tenured employees are common, which speaks to the overall environment.

Cons

While I’ve gained a wider range of skills and taken on additional responsibilities over time, opportunities for upward growth or role progression have been more limited. In some cases, increased responsibilities are added without significant changes in title or advancement. For those looking for clear career progression, that may require more proactive navigation or looking outside of traditional paths.
