-Hard working environment but there is a work/life balance (eg. you can work out in the middle of the day as long as you get stuff done)
-Sometimes drinks in the fridge get repetitive

The best reason to work at kickback is the communication from the designer to the engineer to the business leaders. It is always a clear cut path between them and they are always available to throw options at each other.
Cons
Since it is a start up most of the payment is done through stock options which are notoriously risky.
