      Pros

      The best reason to work at kickback is the communication from the designer to the engineer to the business leaders. It is always a clear cut path between them and they are always available to throw options at each other.

      Cons

      Since it is a start up most of the payment is done through stock options which are notoriously risky.

      *Work gets repetitive *PC & Monitors need to be upgraded in the near future *Bathroom runs out of toilet paper like every day.
