Pros
Reactivity, growing company, lots of different expertise domains and most important point for me: projects are almost always product oriented, and not pure/only service oriented. The opportunity to work with mechanical and electronic engineers on a daily basis is great too. There is a Real community here, and most of people are really cool.
Cons
Fast growing, handling properly new process and ISO certifications Can be challenging. HR follow-up needs to be improved and like a lot of company, onboarding quality may vary a lot depending on luck
