      There are no pros to this company.

      Cons

      This company is the worst. The benefits suck. HR sucks. They don’t do what they need to do to help there employees. Sick time doesn’t roll over. You only get 1 hour of sick time per pay check.

      They have strong benefit packages. Although it is a private sector employer, they practice progressive discipline policies similar to government.

      Cons

      The majority of positions do not pay well above contract allotted amount.
