Pros
My coworkers - There are some really unique, and friendly individuals working here. This is completely subjective, but I personally found working with kids to be a blast. Access to some great downtown locations when it comes to food options.
Cons
Upper management thinks way too highly of the company, and themselves. Any feedback that isn't praising of KSL is either criticized or ignored. Cult of Positivity is alive, and well here. If you're not drinking the kool-aid, you're out. Toxic! No real path for advancement. You may become lead teacher if you get in with the right people. There is no real accountability here when it comes to the product being sold. It is mostly just kids making a huge mess. That's fun, but not really inspiring of anything. During birthday party events, you will often go without lunch, which is technically illegal, but no one ever says anything for whatever reason, and so it continues.
