Salary could be a bit higher

-Exposure to interesting projects and talented group of people -Unique office space in a nice part of Philly

-Hierarchical and lots of micro-management -Depending on the project team, it can be very stressful for long periods of time. Constant back-to-back deadlines. -High turnover rate -Lower than average pay and no allotted time for vacation or sick days -Little to no office culture -HR is non-existent and protective of management group
