Pros

Kigo has super nice management. If you do catering, it's really good pay. Lunch rush can get hectic, but it helps the time fly by. weekend shifts are super chill.

Cons

When I was there, tips were cash only, so you don't get much in tip money. Place across the street got a lot more tip money because their system did electronic tips at checkout. Front of House can get really messy and slippery on the floor behind the counter, but getting non-slip work shoes solves that.

Pros

The pros are: it is a great work environment as far as some of the connections that I have made since I've been here. Also the location is great because you deal with all types of people coming from all walks of life to this present location over where kigol is.

Cons

They're only 3 to 4 solid workers, no matter what shift it is, first shift or 2nd shift. It is still the same, a bunch of lazy individuals who looks to get pampered, instead of doing their job. And as a result, the three or four people who are the true workers in backbone of this location, has to do all the work. We don't complain about doing the work because this is what I want ethics have taught us but if I'm getting paid same pay for others for doing less than a quarter of the work that I do, I believe that is totally unfair.
