Kiite has an experienced and competent leadership, who have already demonstrated their skills by creating companies and leading them to a successful exit. This leadership executes in a very professional manner, and I was impressed how well every necessary aspect of leading a business was taken care of, in spite of our small team. Furthermore, Kiite stands true to their values of promoting diversity and solidarity, and they have created an inclusive environment, where they place great emphasis on making every employee feel welcome, productive and happy. Being an early-stage start-up, Kiite is not immune from challenges that companies at this stage typically face. Hopefully these become less common as the business of the company grows and strengthens.

Since working here I've realized that I do not have to settle for only some of the things I want in a career, I can have them all. I'm currently in a four-month internship position and dreading my end date, I don't want to leave Kiite!
