Business outlook
Pros
- Some co-workers are great & supportive
- Meet some nice people.
Cons
- No work life balance (at all, don’t believe them when they say there is, it’s a lie).
- Low pay, very large work load
- No support from upper management
- Unpaid on call duties
- Required to live on site, with NO rent discount.
- Horrible health benefits (and expensive)
- The company does not value their employees at all, very high turnover (and the company doesn’t think they are the reason why.)
To summarize it, avoid working here at all costs. Upper management is treated well, but the people actually doing the hard work don’t matter and they will keep piling work on you if they see you work hard, and then reprimand you when you are overwhelmed and struggling to complete everything. They don’t care about people (employees and tenants alike), only money. Thankless job, thankless company.
