Pros

Great co-workers and a supportive team environment. Direct managers care about their employees and work alongside them. The company invests in training and development, which helps employees build skills and grow professionally.

Cons

Full return to office and low pay/poor benefits. There’s little trust in executive leadership and they do not listen to their employees. The culture has shifted from being family-operated to feeling more corporate. There’s been a hiring freeze after over-hiring during the pandemic, so there’s no room for growth. Sales goals are often missed, so bonuses are small. I used to speak highly of this company, but it has steadily declined over the past few years.
