      Cons

      Terrible senior management. Lack of care for junior staff or safety in the field. No respect for work/life balance. If you can take a job anywhere else - do. If you are desperate for money or experience - a fine place to work in the short term.

      Really helpful and friendly coworkers. Interesting projects. Opportunities for advancement. Opportunities to travel. Good salary.

      Cons

      Kimetrica is a laid-back company with a very hands-off management style. Some people may not like that but I have really enjoyed the autonomy I have been given.
