Poor and detrimental employee policies specially around wfh, vacations days, notice period, etc. Toxic and depressing work culture where employees are location bound for 8.5 hours irrespective of having work or not. You’ll be given a half day even if you punch out 30 seconds earlier. They treat their existing employees worse than blue collared workers. Definitely not a great place to work. Managers and positions are merely place holders with no actual authority. Either they micro manage your work or they wash their hands off.
