"Kind" in name only, not behavior or actions - Sr. Government Underwriter Kind Lending Employee Review

Limited PTO in comparison to industry, hours weren't very flexible, did not promote work/life balance, did not care how employees were treated by sales as long as those sales partners were bringing in the revenue, unprofessional, disrespectful for being in their positions and status, didn't provide clothing or other items to promote the business but expected the employees to buy and pay shipping on any purchases that would help their profits and bottom line, no indication that they cared about any employees as people or individuals, but rather widgets to drive the end result.
