Pros
I met some really great people that also realized how miserable they were working for this company. It’s great for a young person to get their foot in the door, get experience, and then LEAVE. It’s a terrible place for more mid-level or senior people to come into *laboratory, nursing, or medical personnel*
Cons
The salary was worst I ever had while in the industry, and by far (half of what I was getting paid in all previous similar job roles). While working there, I genuinely considered switching my career because I hated working there so much (so glad I never I didn’t and am still in the infertility field!). It’s been said countless times in news articles (mostly Bloomberg), but understaffed, underpaid, overworked, incompetent leadership, high-turnover, pushing unnessary medical procedures not covered by insurance just to increase revenue, Ponzi schemes with potential product developers; - all of which I have personally seen and would agree with what Bloomberg has reported in their articles. *I feel vindicated knowing that others have seen Kindbody in a similar light, the way I did while I was working there, and now management is suffering spectacularly).
