Pros
The experiences with the children are so amazing. Watching them grow and laugh is such a special experiece. The company offers a great child care benefit to employees with kids enrolled in one of their centers.
Cons
Bachelor's degree required but not paid accordingly. High employee turnover. Children are seen as dollar signs at the corporate level. Lack of communication between management and teachers. Not many growth opportunities.
