The kids and their families are usually great, and sometimes you get lucky with a good co-teacher. Overall there are not many Pros to this company.
Cons
Terrible salary. Lots of work for little pay. Poor management. Always short staffed. Money is priority, NOT the care of the children. High staff turnover.
