Ask any Kinect employee on the road and they will tell you that they have not been paid correctly. They rely on their staff to do extra hours and then do not pay them for it.
If there is a problem, don't think the office will help or advise you. You are on your own, just hope you don't make a wrong decision
The office could be better run by school kids. Groups of office staff just gossiping and wasting time, if you need help they will blank you, and continue scrolling on their phones
Policies and Procedures are ignored, communication is minimal
You will be sent to pick-ups that have already been collected, incorrect addresses and then not paid as you didn't collect passengers.
The lack of organisation and commitment by the management put staff and passengers at risk. Unroadworthy vehicles sent out, children left on pavements and safeguarding issues ignored.
