Worst place I have ever worked. Salary was a joke - another recruiter genuinely believed it was below minimum wage. Management dominated by certain type of middle aged people. Too much favouritism. How does a 21 year old have more privilege's? Treated worse than school. Constantly got looks at by a certain manager who sits upstairs and is the equivalent of a male Karen. Mental health went down due to work. Work very dull and boring - admin. No progression. High turnover. Heard too much bad and felt claustrophobic there had to leave. Wearing smart clothes is ridiculous when managers can turn up whenever in jeans. Managers treating work like a joke. Constant gossiping. Very clear favouritism. Disgusting car parking policy. Constantly being micromanaged.
