Thanks for sharing your thoughts here. I think it's true that we aren't for everyone, but I want to first focus on your first item - our recruiters are great. That's a true statement. While we're a medium sized business, we're fortunate to have great people in every area, and since recruiting is our business, no area is more important than that one. Related to ability to earn, we've got a long track history of providing recruiters with an excellent ability to earn. That's always been consistent. Certain areas can go up and down in certain years based on client mix, but we're proud of what we can provide recruiters. I'm sorry if you didn't have a chance to experience that.
