      Pros

      Very hard to get fired from and free employee insurance. They use to be pretty relaxed on when people can show up and leave then someone complained about having to work to much

      Cons

      Wage is not so good. The only way to can move up is if you are friends with upper management. When wanting to improve on getting jobs done faster leads and supervisors won’t listen to make changes. A double standard on who can work OT, stand around and talk, play on phone or just do nothing all day and who can’t,

      Pros

      This company has been very nice to work for. They are safety oriented and seem to appreciate their employees dedication to quality and efficiency. Have fealt welcome here.

      Cons

      Maybe a little more communication between all employees to help avoid overlapping of jobs or any mistakes that could be made.
