      Purchased by a private equity. Currently experiencing leadership challenges on the private equity side, growing pains.

      • Educated coworkers. • They don't let jerks work here. • Enjoyable team outings.

      Cons

      • If you want cutting edge, this might not be the place for you. Nothing wrong with that.

      Pros

      Kingsley Associates has a great culture. It is a smaller company, so everyone gets to know the other employees really well, and you feel comfortable talking with anyone. Kingsley also offers great benefits! The PTO, 401(k), medical are all great.

      Cons

      You have to either pay for parking since the Atlanta office is located downtown or pay for a monthly Marta pass.
