Pros
Gain experience that is helpful to get employment elsewhere. Get to work on large projects across the country.
Cons
Working day is long, 7:30am-6pm while a lot of this is unpaid. A lot of travel is expected also which isn’t properly compensated. Management can be slow to put training plans in place for employees and are generally unhelpful.
