Pros
Very energetic and involved group. I enjoyed my time there. I came exclusively from the software development industry, so there was some initial culture shock with Construction/FM. I feel they are a pro-tech organization and I felt they try to get their employees the tools they need to succeed. They are tidy and organized in almost every aspect, so there is that sense of formality to everything--which I'll say is a pro--you know what you're getting. They were always willing to take my advice when it came to software implementation and IT client engagement. I liked the annual community service event they do in honor of their founding day.
Cons
It was sometimes challenging to convey software needs to people either not familiar with software or tech un-comfortable. Conveying government IT documentation needs on behalf of state clients to the team was also sometimes a challenge that required more effort.
