Great earning potential, great company

Not one....unless you have to have an order taker type sales job. Working the counter at Ace Hardware is NOT a sales job, so if that's your experience..then you have none.

I didn’t find any pros

This job requires a lot of manual labor and set up for a sales job. Training also took forever. Lots of travel very little money. Expensive product the pans stick.
