I've been working at Kitewheel for a few years now, and I've always been impressed by the dedication to operate by a philosophy of "work hard and be nice to people." This starts at the top with our President and also is embodied by all members of our team. The company is fairly horizontal, with great opportunities for advancement. Everyone is only one or two lines of reporting away from the very top, giving awesome access to senior leadership. The product is really powerful and as we've learned during the pandemic, other businesses want it even though times are tough. We actually had a super successful Q2 (our most profitable quarter to date). And what makes this nice is that it isn't profiting off misery, it's actually profiting off trying to end that misery by creating great experiences for the customers of our clients. All of those customers (and the employees at our clients) are feeling the strain of COVID. Being able to help deliver powerful experiences through that crisis has been a highlight of working here. With COVID many people at Kitewheel have also started working remotely. This has actually been an extremely productive period and we've adapted really well to working in this remote world. Management is responsive and fair. People are genuinely nice here. The business is thriving and we have a great product. We adapted our internal teams safely and efficiently to the pandemic. We're headed in the right direction.

What can I say after that great review? Because we're a smaller business, family health insurance is a little pricey. For individual coverage, it's not bad though!

Forward thinking start up with amazing resources from a parent with 12 years of software experience within the Financial Services Vertical. Software has been repositioned towards Marketing Technologies and Consumer Experience execution. Great leadership, no politics with everyone charging in the same direction. A joy to toil away at making a new market in the Consumer Engagement Hub Space. Gartner Cool Vendor for 2014. Flexible attitudes with a work hard and play hard demeanor. I have been in database marketing for 20+ years with small and large enterprises, this is one of the best Gigs I have experienced in a long, long time. Smart People, No Bull, One goal!

Small company with BIG aspirations. Have to be self motivated and dedicated to preaching the gospel of Consumer Engagement Hub Strategy. Opening Doors within the World's largest Agencies and Marketing Services Providers who are busy, demanding and always "in a meeting". Brand Equity within Kitewheel's marketplace is earned due to start-up status. You have to have thick skin and "Chutzpah" as a Sales Lead or Professional Services resource.
