Pros
Pros seriously? First of all, if u see some very good things written about Klause IT, Be clear that this is done by there PR team. No satisfied employee will come to Glassdoor and write good reviews coz they are busy in their happiness. Human nature if they are happy they wont be reviewing their happiness. Fraud companies could not have Pros.
Cons
So from where should I start -They dont have any projects with them, whatever development & Testing project they have mentioned in their website is fake. ( No projects) - Coming up to staffing, God knows how they have clients(yes, they do have some clients). You will be hired for client, deputed at client location. The day of your salary, u wont be getting a single penny. They will tell u that due to some problems in finance dept. this month u will not be getting salary, next month u will recieve. Next month they will give u salary of 1 month. Next month they will tell u project is on verge of Completion so now client will process FNF, So again no salary. First they will tell u its a long term project later on u will come to know it was Contract. So working for 3-4 months and u will get salary max of 2 months. Obviously client are reputed ones, they r giving the Complete salary but they will not give you. So friends any one get job offer from them and decides to join, be ready to suffer big time.
