Nice colleagues, helpful and honest (by colleagues I mean MOA, developers, project managers, I exclude the higher management )
Cons
Salaries are miserable, management even knowing how good you are try to put down during the yearly assessment to justify the week raise if any! All matters is lowering staff costs (your salary)
