Don't bother working here, the attitude of money over Quality is strong here. Unless you are a yes man, regardless if you have a strong background, you will never get promoted. Upper Management are hypocrites or have no knowledge of the job they are doing. They keep employees because they don't want to fire them and pay unemployment. You could be a Quality Director and not know one thing about running a department, but you get a 6 figure salary. You can get promoted, even when you have no education, but can cry and whine enough, to get it.
