Pros
This place is the epitome of a "great company." They are small enough to feel like family, but big enough to keep you busy. Everyone encourages growth and new opportunities and no matter what level of your career you're in, Kleinschmidt will continue to challenge you in positive ways. The flexibility is great (work from home or office), you get an awesome paid time off package (plus Canadian holidays!), volunteer time, higher-than-average salaries, 401(k) and autonomy with the support of a great team environment.
Cons
Right now Kleinschmidt focuses primarily on one industry: hydroelectric, but they have big plans to grow, which will involve great opportunities for training and traveling. If you work in a "remote" office (outside of the east coast), you will also report to manager who may not be nearby. Guess it depends how you feel about that!
