Competitive salaries and decent benefits but that's it - Group Account Director Klick Employee Review

Pros

While Klick offers competitive salaries and decent benefits, these seem to be the only genuinely positive aspects of the company. Compensation is slightly above the industry average, which can be attractive for many professionals. However, the work environment leaves much to be desired beyond the paycheck. Significant challenges with internal management, a lack of transparency, and a questionable company culture make it difficult to enjoy the experience fully.

Cons

If you're purely focused on financial growth, Klick might be worth considering, but if you're looking for a workplace that values its employees holistically and fosters a supportive environment, you may want to explore other options.

Cons

I was on a 3 month contract and did not make it past the 6th week- a first in my 15 year career. Their onboarding was absolutely atrocious. My boss was resistant to walkthroughs and also did not provide necessary information- or even piecemeal information. Some senior team members never had time for walkthroughs and when they did, it was not explained well. One team member was helpful. But no one walked me through their process for projects from start to finish- its very very different from most corporate jobs. No one properly explained their style of documentation in relation to the technology- who to go to for pieces of information, etc. I requested tutorial videos repeatedly and didn't receive them. They basically expect you to ask all the right questions without actually knowing how they work. I honestly did not know why they hired me because they did not give me what I needed to success and add value to the team. No one can ask all the right questions without the proper information. It's up to the company to onboard resources properly! This was an absolutely horrible experience.
