Klick Solar is one of the worst companies to work for. They preach growth and opportunity within the company but that is far from the truth. To start the company is lead by a CEO that is most incompetent leader you will ever experience. The amount of favoritism that is in this company is disgusting, they will promote people that have zero experience, they will tell you are doing a fantastic job but then turn around and say the complete opposite. The culture of this company is non-existent and they have a lot of people looking for other opportunities else where. If you want to keep your mental health, do NOT work for this company.
