- Leadership Can't Stay: The company struggles to retain its leadership and key talent. In the last couple of years, the entire leadership team has turned over. When you have to constantly reintroduce yourself to new managers, it's hard to feel secure. - Founder's the Bottleneck: The founder has great ideas, but also gets in the way. Everything has to go through him, and that slows things down. It’s one of the big reasons leadership can't stick around. - Unequal Perks: The big events are exciting... if you’re in the right office. Remote workers or those in other locations? Not so much. You get stuck with the same responsibilities and low pay but don’t get to enjoy the perks. Feels like a two-tier system. - High Expectations, Low Support: There’s always talk of growth and big goals, but no real support to help you get there. Lots of promises are made, but you end up having to push and fight for anything to be delivered. HR Needs Work: After a company survey on improvements, HR was flagged as a major issue. It’s still a work in progress, and it's frustrating that these problems don’t seem to be improving.
