      Pros

      One of the biggest advantages of my role is the ability to work permanently from home while supporting customers across the AU and NZ region. In addition, the company’s benefits have had a positive impact on my daughter’s quality of life, which I value greatly.

      Cons

      The bonus structure has stayed flat for the past two years, which is somewhat concerning in terms of overall company performance and growth.

      Company has amazing potential and a great portfolio of products and solutions. A lot of wonderful people to work with.

      Cons

      Culture on the North America sales team is extremely toxic and turnover is high. NA Sales leadership is despised throughout the organization for managing through fear and intimidation.
