Pros
The only pro I can think of is the people I work with. They are amazing to be able to do what we do with so little help from management.
Cons
The hours are terrible. We are frequently scheduled to close, then open. It's horribly dirty, even though we try very hard to keep it clean. I think that has a lot to do with the vents blowing dirty air. Management is just TERRIBLE.
